  • Consumable Goods: Items such as strings, drumsticks, reeds, and cleaning supplies that have been opened or used.
  • Opened or Used Electronics: Products such as headphones, microphones, and audio equipment that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

3. How to Return an Item

If you are eligible for a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your return shipment to ensure we can properly process it.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) being returned in their original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the return package.

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. 6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Cancellations

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same as domestic orders; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In addition, any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
