1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be in new, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items such as custom-made products, personalized instruments, and opened consumables may not be eligible for a return.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please contact us at info@streetciteino.com or call (417) 358-3520. Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization number. You will need to ship the item back to us in its original packaging, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@streetciteino.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
