Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the following business day. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Domestic)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location)
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events. StreetCiteIno is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for your order will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method and the destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping for orders above a certain amount (check the website for current thresholds).
4. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. International shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery location. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments require a valid street address.
